We are pleased to present our modified LS-500S dehuller, which has been improved based on feedback and suggestions from our customers. In this version, we have added a protective cover with viewing windows for process monitoring and improved the height adjustment mechanism of the cover used for collecting seed hulls.

These improvements make operation more comfortable and precise, especially when processing soybean seeds. The new design also prevents seed loss caused by seeds being thrown out from under the rotors beyond the calibration screen.

Operating Principle:

The LS-500S dehuller is a continuous-operation machine designed for cleaning and cracking sunflower and soybean seeds. It is used in the oil, feed, and food industries.

During operation, the seeds are separated from their hulls.

To increase efficiency, it is recommended to use a seed fan and a calibrator, which allows maximum cleaning efficiency and effective hull separation.

The LS-500S dehuller is an essential machine in the oil production process, especially for long-term use in the vegetable oil industry.
