The MPO-300 soy processing line is a modern, fully integrated system designed for the production of vegetable oil using mechanical pressing and comprehensive raw material preparation. The line performs all essential stages of soybean processing – from cleaning, calibration, and dehulling to extrusion and final oil pressing.

With a processing capacity of up to 300 kg of raw material per hour, it is an ideal solution for farms, processing plants, and companies involved in the production of soybean oil and high-protein feed.

How the MPO-300 Line Works

1. Feeding the raw material – Soybeans are transported from storage to the line via a flexible screw conveyor with adjustable speed.

2. Cleaning and calibration – In the KZ-500 calibrator, soybeans are cleaned from stones, dust, sand, and larger impurities, then sorted by size.

3. Dehulling – A belt conveyor feeds the material into the dehuller, where hulls are removed, and soybean kernels are separated.

4. Extrusion – Cleaned kernels enter the EGK-350 extruder for thermal treatment. Extrusion improves digestibility and significantly increases pressing efficiency.

5. Pressing – The extruded material is fed by a screw feeder into the GARMET-150 DUO press, where oil is mechanically separated from the soybean cake.

6. Cooling of the cake – The cake is transported to the Z-shaped conveyor with 12 cooling fans and prepared for packaging.

7. Oil purification – The oil first enters a stainless-steel settling tank, then passes through the FP-16 filtration unit to obtain clear, high-quality oil ready for storage.
