Description SB-6 Rotary Drum Dryer

The dryer is based on a rotating drum in which the material is continuously and evenly moved throughout the drying process. At the same time, a stream of hot air passes through the drum, removing moisture from the raw material. This solution ensures a stable and repeatable drying process and properly prepares the material for subsequent production stages.

The SB-6 has been designed as a modular industrial machine, making transportation and on-site installation considerably easier. The dryer can operate as a stand-alone unit or be integrated into a complete production line.

Operating Principle

The raw material is fed into the drying drum using a suitable conveying system.

The rotating drum continuously moves and mixes the material.

Hot air flows through the drum, gradually removing moisture from the raw material.

The adjustable drum inclination angle allows the residence time of the material in the drying zone to be adapted to process requirements.

The dried material is then transferred to the next stage of the production process.
