The briquetting line with BS-80 screw press is a complete solution for processing agricultural and wood waste into high-quality Pini-Kay fuel briquettes. It is designed to work with fine-grained biomass such as sawdust, wood shavings, straw, sunflower or buckwheat husk, flax shives, and other organic residues.

Line components:

• Drying system (optional) – reduces raw material moisture to the required level.

• MTZ-200 screw feeder – ensures even dosing of material into the press.

• BS-80 screw press – the main unit forming Pini-Kay briquettes.

• SO-80 cutting module – allows production of briquettes with fixed length, e.g., 300 mm.

• VP-2 extraction system – removes dust and light fractions.

• Control panel – full control over the entire line operation.
