Description Pneumatic Grain Conveyor PTZ-11
PTZ-11 is a professional pneumatic conveyor designed for fast and safe grain transportation both horizontally and vertically over a distance of up to 10 meters. The device is ideal for loading and unloading grain from silos, flat warehouses, grain heaps, and transport vehicles. It is intended for use in farms, grain collection points, and logistics centers.
Operating Principle:
The conveyor operates by drawing in grain through a flexible suction hose with a metal nozzle, then transporting it through a pipe system (Ø160 mm) to the target location.
It is powered by two motors:
Main suction motor: 11 kW – generates the necessary suction force for the air-grain stream.
Gear reducer motor: 0.55 kW – supports auxiliary components.
At the end of the line, the grain enters a cyclone that separates it from the air and precisely delivers it to the unloading point (e.g., container, trailer, or silo). The system is designed for continuous operation with minimal material loss.
Key Features and Advantages:
Capacity: up to 8 tons/hour (wheat, at 10 m distance)
Horizontal and vertical conveying
Compact design – easy to transport and install
Mobile or stationary operation – depending on user needs
