The MLG-1500 MAX+ granulation line from FermX (Austria) is based on the GRAND-400 granulator and is designed for producing granules ranging from 2 mm to 8 mm from various raw materials.
The line can be used to produce pellets and animal feed for both domestic and commercial purposes.

The MLG-1500 MAX+ granulation line includes:

Bunker MTZ-1500 for uniform raw material feeding:
Consumes 0.75 kW. The feed rate can be smoothly adjusted using a frequency converter.

Humidification block:
Consists of a solenoid valve, pump, 200 L water tank, and timer.
Connected to the feed screw, allowing accurate addition of water to the granulator. Power consumption: 0.37 kW.

Reliable granulator GRAND-400:
Steel matrix (Ø400 mm) and rollers compress the material into granules.
Capacity: approx. 400–450 kg/h (pellets) and 500–600 kg/h (feed).

Calibrator/Cooler BKO-200 for finished granules:
Pre-cools the product after pressing and removes dust and uneven granules using a rotating drum. Power: 0.12 kW.

Exhaust system VP-2:
The system fan (1.5 kW) circulates cooling air and collects dust in bags above the unit.

Control panel:
Compact, automated, with built-in cooling — reliable and easy to install next to the production line.

The line can function independently or be equipped with additional devices for fully automated pellet and feed production.

Optional additional equipment:

• TL-1000 (belt conveyor): feeding and cooling of raw materials

• DR-1000 (rotary grinder): grinding of raw materials

• SA-600 (aerodynamic calibration dryer): calibration and drying of raw materials
