The MH-1000+ pallet packing machine is a multifunctional, semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine with an automatic work cycle, designed for wrapping goods on pallets with stretch film. The film tension in this pallet wrapper is achieved using a carriage with motorized pre-stretching of the film up to 300%.

A convenient W-shaped cutout in the platform allows easy entry of a cart with cargo, simplifying the process of loading and unloading the pallet, and saving on the purchase of an access ramp.

Pallet packers (palletizers) are widely used to automate the rotation of products mounted on pallets with stretch film. This technique is used in warehouses, production facilities, and logistics centers.

Automatic Mode of Operation of the Pallet Wrapper

In the automatic mode of operation of the MH-1000+, you can choose one of three wrapping programs:

1. Bidirectional winding (up-down)

2. Bidirectional winding (up-down) with a break to cover the top of the pallet

3. Unidirectional winding (up only)
