Description LPW-1 Packaging Line

The LPW-1 Packaging Line is a modern and versatile system designed for the precise weighing and packaging of bulk materials into open-mouth bags with automatic bag sewing capability. Thanks to its compact design and mobility, the equipment can be easily integrated even into production facilities with limited space. The predominantly mechanical operating principles ensure low power consumption, high reliability, and long service life.

1. KBL-1 Hopper-Calibrator

The hopper-calibrator is designed for receiving, storing, and preconditioning raw materials before the weighing process. It is equipped with a vibration system for uniform material feeding and a screening unit for removing impurities and oversized particles.
