Description KRAFT-1000 Hammer Mill / Grain Crusher for PTO

The KRAFT-1000 Hammer Grain Crusher is an efficient machine designed for grinding grain on farms and in feed preparation facilities. The tractor power take-off (PTO) drive allows the machine to operate directly on the farm or at the raw-material preparation site.

The KRAFT-1000 can process wheat, corn, barley, and other grains with a capacity of up to 1000 kg/h. Replaceable screens with 3 mm or 6 mm openings allow the grinding degree to be adapted to the type of raw material and its intended application.

The machine is based on a proven hammer grinding system. Grain enters the working chamber, where it is crushed by rapidly rotating hammers.

Operating principle

The raw material is collected using a suction handle and then directed into the working chamber. Inside the chamber, rapidly rotating hammers crush the grain into smaller particles.

The grinding degree depends on the screen used. Screens with 3 mm or 6 mm openings are available.

The ground material is then transported through a discharge hose to the selected collection point.
