Description
The KORMOTEX-260 granulator from FermX (Austria) is industrial equipment designed for intensive production of granulated feed. With its strong reinforced construction, powerful drive, and large 259 mm die, this model ensures high performance and long service life even under the most demanding conditions.

The machine processes various feed mixtures, including crushed grains, sunflower husks, oilcakes, hay, or grain waste, into granules with uniform shape and composition. It can produce feed for:

• chicks, broilers, laying hens, quails

• rabbits, pigs, goats, sheep, cattle

• fish and other farm animals

It is also suitable for producing fuel pellets from crushed straw and hay. The optimal moisture content for granulation ranges from 12% to 17%, depending on the feed composition.

The 980 RPM motor drives the die through pulleys and a shaft. Pressing rollers force feed through the die holes. The granulator features a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm, selectable by the user.
