The primary purpose of this device is to simplify the unloading of bulk materials such as cement, lime, fly ash, and sand from hopper cars. This unloading method is straightforward, requires minimal infrastructure, and provides flexibility in unloading hopper cars in various positions. For long distances, bulk materials can be directly transferred from the hopper car to cement trucks, bagging machines, grain trucks, or the main conveyor. After installing the hopper car unloading cover, a screw valve can be added for easier operation. A firm and level surface is required under the vehicle for proper functioning of the unloader. The mobile unit, equipped with a single conveyor, is used for unloading hopper cars carrying bulk materials. This efficient method is specifically designed for unloading various bulk materials, such as wood and peat pellets, grains, corn, and other similar materials.
