The working part of the GRAND-200 granulator from FermX (Austria) is a high-quality, reliable component that serves as the heart of this modern pelletizing device.
It consists of a durable housing containing the following key elements:
Shaft with bearings
Matrix with a total diameter of 216 mm
Rollers
The hole diameter of the matrix can be selected individually — from 2 mm to 8 mm, depending on customer requirements.
The entire structure is designed for long-term, trouble-free operation. Its precision engineering ensures high efficiency and performance in pellet production.
The set also includes a hopper and a pellet discharge tray, which simplify operation and reduce setup time.
To assemble a complete granulator, simply select the appropriate electric motor (11 kW recommended), frame, and gearbox.
The GRAND-200 granulator can process not only wood but also straw, grass, agricultural waste, and other raw materials.
It is a universal, eco-friendly solution for producing biomass fuel suitable for home heating and industrial applications.
When properly equipped with a gearbox and motor, the working head of the GRAND-200 can achieve a productivity of up to 150 kg of pellets per hour.
