The set of hammer crushers CHOPPER DUO is designed for crushing wood chips. Each crusher is supplied with a corrugated pipe with a diameter of 160 mm and a length of 3 m. The principle of operation of the kit is as follows: The first CHOPPER-500 hammer crusher, with a capacity of 22 kW, is equipped with a sieve with meshes of 12 mm. In this crusher, a large crushing takes place, and the material is fed through a pneumatic ejector to a second crusher, CHOPPER-500, also with a 22 kW capacity and equipped with a 6 mm mesh screen. From this crusher, the raw material is discharged through a cyclone and can be used for granulation.
