The granule cooling and packing line is designed for efficient cooling and cleaning of granules from small fractions, dust, and further packaging. The equipment consists of two 4-meter-long conveyors (including one equipped with fans). A 2500-liter cooler with an aspiration system, a special product dosing system with a vibratory feeder, a weight control system, and a sealing device for bags are included.

The working principle of the line is based on the prolonged passage of granules through a cooler tank. When the pellets enter the filled bunker cooler BO-2500, the operator fills the bag, but the pellets are transferred to the bottom of the bunker. As the granules move along the trajectory from the top edge of the loading cooler, they are constantly blown by the surrounding air, which enters the hopper through a special grid at the bottom of the cooler and is discharged through the upper lid using an exhaust system with a special dust removal device. Dust and air filters are used. Air intake through the bottom of the bunker is ensured by a special airlock at the top, through which new granules enter the bunker, while preventing air flow through the entrance.

After exiting the bunker, the cooled pellets are sent to a belt conveyor that loads the pellets into a large dosing device or FC-125+ for further packaging.
