Description
The Pelletnik-150 granulator from FermX (Austria) is a compact device for home or semi-professional production of pellets and animal feed. It is ideal for small farms, workshops, and home operations. Its simple design and small size ensure easy installation, maintenance, and transport.

The machine processes materials such as:

• sawdust

• hay and straw

• shredded leaves

• sunflower husk waste

The pelletizer works efficiently with raw materials up to 5 mm in size and moisture content up to 14%.

The model is equipped with a 4 kW flange motor, which — thanks to reduced rotational speed — provides increased torque, allowing efficient pellet production. The machine operates on a belt drive, serving as a simple reducer.

Additionally:

• available in single-phase (230V) or three-phase (400V) versions

• optional kit with an additional pulley to increase feed production up to 100 kg/h

Lubrication of the roller bearings must be regularly replenished — the granulator is equipped with grease points accessible from the outside. Oil replacement is recommended when rollers are hot. The 1000 RPM motor drives the die via pulleys and a shaft. Rollers pressed against the die force the material through the die holes. The granulator features a double-sided die made of alloyed hardened steel with hole diameters from 2 to 8 mm, selectable.
