GMK-260 Pellet Mill — Description
The GMK-260 pellet mill by FermX is a professional machine designed for the production of animal feed pellets and fuel pellets. Thanks to its durable construction, high productivity, and interchangeable dies, it is an excellent solution for farms, livestock producers, and biofuel manufacturers.
The machine is designed for pelletizing:
ready-made compound feed mixtures for various animals (poultry, fish, cattle, etc.),
ground grain,
sunflower husk,
straw, hay, and chaff,
millet processing waste,
oil cake and other plant-based materials.
The GMK-260 is suitable both for producing animal feed (for chickens, broilers, rabbits, pigs, turkeys, cattle, fish) and for manufacturing pellets used as fuel in solid-fuel boilers. The raw material processed in the GMK-260 should have a moisture content of up to 15%.
Equipped with a 259 mm diameter die with selectable hole sizes from 2 to 8 mm, the machine allows pellet production tailored to different animal needs or heating purposes.

Application
The GMK-260 pellet mill is intended for professional production of granulated feed and fuel pellets. It is ideally suited for farms, livestock complexes, agricultural processing enterprises, and biofuel production facilities. Quick die replacement allows fast adaptation of the machine to different animal requirements or fuel types, making the GMK-260 a versatile and efficient production solution.
A 1500 rpm electric motor drives the die via belt transmission and shaft. Press rollers force the material through the die openings to form pellets. The pellet mill is equipped with a double-sided die made of high-alloy hardened steel with hole diameters ranging from 2 to 8 mm.
