General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

 1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop or directly with FermX.

 2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed when the customer receives an order confirmation by email.

 3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) including VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment methods available are: prepayment, card payment, or cash on delivery.

 4. Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by DHL, DPD, UPS, or Austrian Post. Delivery times depend on product availability.

 5. Warranty and Liability

Products are checked before dispatch. In case of defects, please notify us immediately. The warranty period follows Austrian consumer law.

 6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

 7. Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with Austrian and EU data protection regulations (GDPR).

 8. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
