The separation process takes place in a robust perforated tube — the pulp passes through the tube walls while the seeds are retained inside and discharged into a collection bag mounted on a dedicated stand.

At the core of the machine is a 2000 mm long, 500 mm diameter separation tube made from 3 mm thick durable steel. Depending on the farm's needs, alternative tube lengths (1300 mm, 1500 mm) and hole diameters (from 3 to 8 mm, standard is 6 mm) are available.

The tube also features adjustable spacing between the bars (4 to 8 mm), enabling fine-tuning of the separation process according to the type of raw material.
