Corn Flour Production Line LMK-500 - Complete technological line for producing fine corn flour using extrusion and grinding.

The LMK-500 line is an advanced system designed for comprehensive corn processing, enabling the production of high-quality flour with a uniform, fine particle structure. The process runs in continuous mode and includes all key stages — from thermomechanical treatment of the grain to final grinding and preparation of the product for packaging.

Technological Process Description

The cycle begins with feeding corn grain into the EGK-500 extruder, where high temperature and pressure cause the material to expand and undergo initial structural modification. The resulting extrudate is transferred to a pre-crusher, which reduces particle size for further processing.

Next, the material is transported by the TL-1000 belt conveyor to the BKO-300 drum separator, which removes overly fine fractions and stabilizes product granulation. Dust removal and separation of light impurities are handled by the VP-4 aspiration system, ensuring a clean product and work environment.

Fractions requiring final grinding are directed to the KRAFT-11 hammer mill fitted with a 2 mm screen, where the product is thoroughly milled into fine flour. The finished fraction passes through a cyclone with a support structure and is delivered to an intermediate tank or directly to big bags.
