The BIZON-450 jaw crusher with a belt conveyor is a complete solution designed for crushing and preliminary size reduction of mineral materials and construction waste. Combining the crusher with a conveyor allows efficient removal of crushed material and its further transport without the need for manual unloading.

The BIZON-450 can be used for processing concrete, brick, stone, asphalt and other artificial and mineral materials with a compressive strength of up to 320 MPa.

The crusher is equipped with a 450 × 250 mm feed opening, allowing properly prepared material to be fed directly into the crushing chamber. The drive can be provided by an 11 kW electric motor or an 18 HP petrol engine, allowing the machine to be adapted to different operating conditions.

When a very fine fraction (<10 mm) is required, a two-stage crushing system is recommended. In the first stage, the material is reduced to 50–80 mm, and then an additional crusher processes it to the required final fraction.

An integral part of the set is a belt conveyor designed to collect and transport the crushed material. The conveyor is mounted on a solid metal frame and is equipped with a rubber or PVC belt driven by an electric motor. Its capacity reaches up to 26 t/h, allowing efficient removal of material from the crusher working area.

Operating principle

The material enters the crushing chamber, where it is crushed between the working jaws. The crushed material is then collected by the belt conveyor and transported to the storage area or the next stage of production.

The BIZON-450 can be equipped with two types of working jaws, selected according to the type of material being processed. The standard version is fitted with jaws made of EN-GJL-250 grey cast iron, while Mn18Cr2 high-manganese steel jaws are available as an option.

Both variants are resistant to wear and loads occurring during the crushing process. Grey cast iron jaws are particularly suitable for materials such as brick, ceramics and other less hard materials. For more demanding materials, such as natural stone, fieldstone or granite, the Mn18Cr2 high-manganese steel version is recommended, providing increased resistance to abrasion and impact.
