Description BIZON-150 Jaw Crusher Working Module
The BIZON-150 working module is the core of a jaw crusher – an independent crushing unit designed to be integrated into a custom-built structure. It is an ideal solution for workshops and companies looking to create their own crushing system – stationary or mobile – while maintaining high performance and low operating costs.
Applications:
Suitable for crushing bricks, concrete, stone, ceramics, glass, granite, and synthetic materials with a compressive strength of ≤ 320 MPa. Commonly used in construction, recycling, mining, aggregate production, and the chemical industry.
Key Benefits:
Durable construction – made of wear-resistant materials
High efficiency – consistent crushing for various output fractions
Compact size – easy integration and transport
Flexible drive options – compatible with electric motors (4–5.5 kW) or petrol engine (7 HP)
Low maintenance – simple servicing and belt replacement
Technical Specifications:
Dimensions: 550 × 460 × 560 mm
Weight: 185 kg (module only), 305 kg (with housing)
Operating Principle:
The BIZON-150 module works by mechanically crushing material between two jaws – one fixed and one moving. The motor drives an eccentric shaft, causing the movable jaw to perform an elliptical back-and-forth motion. As the jaws close, the material is compressed and crushed. When the jaw opens, the processed material moves downward in the crushing chamber until it falls out once it reaches the set gap size.
The final particle size is adjustable by changing the distance between the jaws. This allows users to produce both fine aggregate and larger crushed stone, depending on the application.
