We present you a powerful set for wood processing: the CHOPPER-1000 hammer crusher with the CRUSHER-700 chipper from FermX.

The main elements of this complex are the CRUSHER-700 chipper and the CHOPPER-1000 hammer crusher.

The CRUSHER-700 chipper is used to crush branches, boards, sawdust, and other wood waste into technological chips ranging from 5 to 45 mm in size, which can later be used to produce pellets.

The chipper's loading window is 210 mm wide and 160 mm high.

The efficiency of the device depends on the quality of the prepared raw material.

The model is equipped with a hydraulic feed roller system, which facilitates the processing of wood of different diameters and lengths.

Two hydraulically driven feed rollers with the possibility of stopping and reversing ensure efficient work.

Additional amenities:

• A tensioning roller speed regulator, oil filter, and a pressure gauge indicating the need for replacement.

• The ability to change the direction of chip ejection by 360 degrees.

• The option to order an enlarged hopper with a height of up to 2.5 m.

• The chipper knives are made of durable 9ХС tool steel.

• The drive is provided by an electric motor with a power of 22 kW and the possibility of connecting a PTO (from 50 HP).

• The chipper is controlled using a control panel, which is included in the set.

After preliminary crushing, the raw material is sent to the CHOPPER-1000 hammer crusher, where the chips are broken down into sawdust, ideal for further use for various purposes.

The new CHOPPER-1000 model is supplied complete with:

• A cyclone equipped with a filter bag, a suction engine, and a gear motor at the outlet.

• Corrugated pipe with a diameter of 160 mm and a length of 3 m.

• Control panel with an ammeter.

• Capacity: up to 10 m³/h (depending on the type and moisture content of the wood).
