 The line is designed for packaging pellets, granulated feed, cat litter, and animal bedding into polymer bags using a packaging machine.

The machine forms a “pillow-type” bag (optionally equipped with a stand-up bag module), dispenses the required portion of product into the bag, and hermetically seals it. It can also be equipped with a forming unit that creates a “three-finger” die-cut handle at the top of the package.

The product is loaded into the machine hopper using a bucket conveyor integrated with the hopper. The conveyor is equipped with a feedback system connected to the machine, enabling continuous monitoring of the product level in the hopper. Finished bags are discharged via an output conveyor.
