The SZ-1 Air Grain Separator is a modern machine designed for the efficient removal of light impurities from bulk materials, primarily grains and seeds. The separator operates based on the principle of aerodynamic particle separation, allowing fast and accurate separation of light fractions from the main product.

The machine is widely used in agricultural facilities and grain processing plants, including grain elevators, mills, feed mixing plants, and cereal production facilities. Thanks to its versatile design, the separator can also be used for cleaning other light bulk materials, such as plastic, paper, textile, and rubber particles.

The operating principle is based on differences in aerodynamic properties and settling velocity of individual particles. The airflow effectively removes dust, husks, and lightweight contaminants from the material, improving its quality and preparing it for further processing.

The SZ-1 separator is equipped with an integrated cyclone system, which increases dust extraction efficiency and improves working conditions. Connection flanges can be manufactured according to standard or individual dimensions, allowing easy integration into existing production lines.
