The SA-600+ aerodynamic drying complex, with a capacity of up to 600 kg/h, is designed for drying small fractions of wood waste in a stream of hot air. The dryer is made of high-quality steel and can operate for many years without the risk of burning out the air channel walls. Structurally, the dryer is composed of separate units or modules, making it convenient for installation and transportation.

The heat source for the dryer is a solid fuel furnace equipped with chamotte (refractory) bricks, which must be used to line the inner part of the furnace during installation. This drying system can be successfully used in combination with pellet production lines such as MLG-1500 COMBI, MLG-1500 COMBI+, MLG-1500 MAX+, and MLG-1000 COMBI DUO.

The main difference between this unit and similar machines is that it is equipped with a precision loading screw feeder KSM-600 with sieves for raw material calibration and a large hopper with a capacity of 1 m³. This allows the operator to monitor other technical processes while the raw material is being fed into the drying unit, without needing constant supervision.

The sieving mechanism is equipped with a vibration motor for easy control and is mounted on a vibration-damping support, which eliminates unnecessary movement during raw material feeding. The operator simply places the raw material on the sieve — under the effect of high-frequency vibration, it passes through the mesh and is efficiently sifted into the main hopper. Larger particles that exceed the mesh size do not enter the hopper but are automatically separated due to the tilt of the mechanism.

The screw conveyor can also be connected to a frequency converter to adjust the motor speed, allowing precise control of the feed rate according to production requirements.
